Crocs CAYA Council

In 2020, Crocs, like many brands, took the effects of the global pandemic and the polarized political climate in America to heart. In order to care for the employees, Crocs leadership decided to start something called the CAYA Council.

CAYA, an acronym that stands for Come As You Are, is the driving mantra at Crocs. It’s used as a reminder to be yourself and accept others as they are.

The CAYA Council is an employee-led, global, volunteer organization that allows employees to help push the company to live into its full values internally. The group hosts educational events, informs employees of their benefits, and more all in an effort to support each employee’s ability to be their full self in the workplace.

The branding for CAYA Council is intentionally rooted in the visual language of social movements. The logo highlights that this group is about communication, and the tagline puts a political spin on our Come As You Are mantra.
